Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager for Muzaffarpur H.Q. in Sales TM division will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales operations within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales process, including primary and secondary sales, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors & distributors, ensuring effective distribution and availability of products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on primary and secondary sales in the Traditional Medicine/OTC products.
