Marketing Brand Manager – Pharma/FMCG

Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:
Responsible for creating and executing brand marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth in pharmaceutical/FMCG products. Collaborates with sales, product, and digital teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives and content creation.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies and ensure alignment with the organization.

Required Competencies and Skills:

  • Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Project and budget management skills.

Essential Software, Automation & Digital Tools Knowledge:

  • Digital analytics tools including Google Analytics for monitoring campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
  • Social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts across channels.
  • Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress for digital content publishing.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools

Preferable Tools/Knowledge/Competencies:

  • Marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • CRM experience – Salesforce/Zoho
  • Business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze marketing data and produce actionable insights.

Ideal Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Pharma Marketing are a plus.

Experience:

  • 6-10 years in marketing roles within pharmaceutical, OTC , or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven success in managing brand campaigns and driving measurable growth.
