Job Summary:
Responsible for creating and executing brand marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and drive growth in pharmaceutical/FMCG products. Collaborates with sales, product, and digital teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and content creation.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials.
- Coordinate with agencies and ensure alignment with the organization.
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Project and budget management skills.
Essential Software, Automation & Digital Tools Knowledge:
- Digital analytics tools including Google Analytics for monitoring campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts across channels.
- Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress for digital content publishing.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools
Preferable Tools/Knowledge/Competencies:
- Marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing.
- CRM experience – Salesforce/Zoho
- Business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze marketing data and produce actionable insights.
Ideal Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Pharma Marketing are a plus.
Experience:
- 6-10 years in marketing roles within pharmaceutical, OTC , or FMCG sectors.
- Proven success in managing brand campaigns and driving measurable growth.
